Pros
Great people and the leadership truly keeps the whole team involved by including them on optional calls that explain what's happening with the company. Hard work and long hours at times yes but you definitely get we paid for it plus a yearly merit and bonus. Best of all most people here are fantastic to work with, they have an amazing growing team.
Cons
Getting some calls on a calendar can be tough but that's normal with all global companies, remote isn't the easiest for culture as well but it's getting back more into hybrid office system so more on site which is great for all plus quicker collaboration/productivity as its getting to a more firm hybrid office schedule.
