Pros
Fluor provide great opportunities for graduates to take on responsibly from day one. The dedication to career development is excellent. The 9 day fortnight is really useful and start/finish times are flexible.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel like there is a lack of urgency on the office floor and occasionally a lack of interaction between disciplines within projects. In all honestly, it is difficult to think of any other negatives.
