Pros
Fluor is an old american corporation and you can expect everything good and bad that you would from such a setup. They are solid company with history, you will always get paid and there are nice career paths available.
Cons
The whole HR narration, especially around career progression is just buzz words and there is a lot of hypocrisy around 'equality' and 'equity'
