Pros
Excellent Technical database, Flexi timings, Alternate Fridays off, easygoing work atmosphere, helpful colleagues, presently many projects so job is secure for the time being.
Cons
Indian management is not so good... politics is gradually increasing, hire n fire policy, usually good work is done at foreign locations, recent SIP scheme is not so good, no good regular trainings.
