0 guidance or direction allows for, (glass half full pov) a large degree of autonomy and potential to be explored for the self motivated. A small enough team that gives me resolute confidence that this feedback will be properly attributed to the correct author without having to initial or sign. A small handful of truly talented and intelligent individuals (that unfortunately have no decision making power) that deserve to work for a company that rewards their initiative and competence

Where to start- This company’s inception was born from a 1 in a million windfall of events, that, without explicit explanation resulted in a disorganized organization driven by a particularly petulant and incapable “leader” that will never, despite any amount of external workshopping be capable of running a successful company. (Unproductive tirades stemming from deservedly poor metrics and blatant cowardly handshake avoidance post apoplectic fits to provide color on character). The select individuals whose employment statuses are undeservedly protected would be more accurately depicted as tech bro uni mates peppered with non contributory yes men puppets whose luck will invariably and expediently, run out. Do not get in bed with this company if you value being valued, consider strategy and market research important to long term corporate success. If you enjoy having valid opinions, industry experience and earning a seat at the table by working hard and playing the game; pick a different table. This is the kiddy table which is ironically occupied by group thinking male chauvinists that will not and cannot rise to the occasion. One more mention I cannot fail to include is the blasphemous turnover and hiring and firing escapades that will never fix the root of this company’s labyrinth of issues.
