      Pros

      1/2 wait staff are excellent people, the kitchen team is excellent hard working team players. The customers are wonderful happy people that make the job fun.

      Cons

      Half the female weight staff are wretched horrible women. They gossip point ridicule belittle demean co-workers for racial ethnic cosmetic choices. It is almost like a cult. There is a huge turnover because of the toxic environment from the older and younger ladies that work in the front as waitresses. Half of them are horrible horrible people. There is no HR accountability at this Littleton Applebee's.

      I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

      Cons

      I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
