Pros

It is easy to reach out to admin/AD via phone or email. (Not that any good comes from it)

Cons

Terrible communication from AD. Overworked management team, little to no concern from admin. Administration seems to have no idea how the day-to-day really is within a Cafe. Not concerned about supporting management team. Focus is on random things that doesn't directly help to better customer service. Moral is down, loosing managers left and right but the only thing they do to stop the spiral is stop by and explain our benefits package? Inconsistent wages for same position/experience.

Pros

I love the people I work with, it is just such a good environment to be in, we work together so well and always know how to solve problems or work around them anytime there is an inconvenience, the people around me make me laugh and smile, even if some of my worst days. They are always telling you what you are doing well and help you if you are struggling. I’ve never been scared to ask someone for help when I need it and that says a lot. Everyone communicates so well so we always know what we need.

Cons

I don’t really think there is any, it can be very fast paced and that adds some complexity to it when you are trying to do a lot at once and get it out fast for our customers
