There are still great, intelligent people here that you can learn from, but they are dwindling as the mass exodus continues.
Cons
Benefits: Omnicom has been slashing benefits left and right since the acquisition, effectively giving all legacy Flywheel employees a paycut. Employee healthcare costs went up 100%, employer HSA contributions got cut by 50%, unlimited PTO revoked, and 401K matching is no longer guaranteed and comes 7-8 months after the end of the year (if it even comes at all). Year-end compensation and performance reviews always get pushed back 4-6 months.
Flywheel use to be an exciting and fun company to work for. That's all gone and now all that remains is an unrelenting workload that never ceases no matter how many nights and weekends you work.
I wouldn't take a job here unless you're desperate.
