Pros
A few of the employees at the time I was there were pretty friendly, I wasn't really there long enough to get a feeling as to the culture of the employees that were there.
Cons
I wasn't there long enough to really find any true "cons" to this company. My only warning is to those whom are looking to gain employment. Focus Staff at the time of my employment with Focus Staff, they did require the signing of a non-compete. This is commonplace within the recruiter industry; and would for the most part be a non-issue. Focus Staff elected to let me go after the 1st day of training; before I was able to attempt the first day on the phones. Again this is not a true "con" and it is nearly impossible to formulate any true opinions of is something bad or not after only 1 day. This is a cautionary tale for those whom may be offered positions here that you may not be given the time to truly prove your worth.
