Pros
The culture is consistent throughout the organization - leadership truly leads by example and I do feel like as a company we are all working towards a common goal. It is a supportive and growing environment. We work hard, but have the freedom to truly be ourselves within our roles.
Cons
Currently, my commute is long, but I knew that going into it and is not a reflection of Focus Staff.
