Where do I start. 3 days of training and rules of engagement that encourage recruiters to steal from each other. The CEO has zero experience in healthcare staffing and leadership provides zero direction, they are basically cheerleaders that micro manage KPI's. They think contests and games are the way to navigate the changing market, when leadership and guidance is what recruiters are looking for. They hire and fire as if there is a revolving door on the front of the company. You'll start, watch your leads get stolen as you try to figure out how to navigate a messy system with minimal training and then get reprimanded and terminated because you didn't ramp up a book of business in under 60 days. The culture is Toxic, most of the recruiters hate their jobs and are actively looking/interviewing with other companies. The commission structure is below average and most of what made this company great left with Kyle Rhodes. It's a sinking ship that is led by reaction, not planning. They hire a group, then panic and react and fire a group. It's no wonder they are losing money and have gone from over 500 travelers on assignment to 200 on assignment in just over a year. Keep hiring and firing instead of investing in the people you have. You're throwing money out the window. If you want any security or stability, look elsewhere.
