Pros
well...we have a fantastic work environment here...a ton of fantastic people, and teamwork that is hard to rival. We are competitive, we have fun all day, and there are rarely boring moments! what else could you ask for??
Cons
well. We are a family...and theres just a slight bit of dysfunction at times, but thats way better than the alternative. We are growing like crazy, and sometimes there are growing pains. Again, way better than being stagnant.
