Pros
Pay once at management level. Advancement opportunities. Decent Vacations and PTO once you have been with them for over a year or more. Friendly atmosphere but completely dependent on store.
Cons
If you start out low will take forever to get your hourly wage up due to only 1 raise a year and % based. Although there are plenty of advancement opportunities if you are willing to transfer and drive further, the companies directors and store managers tend to promote more based on who you know and favorites rather than dedication, hard work, and documentation. Half the time you are unable to take vacation due to lack of help for coverage while gone. Medical coverage used to be good is now horrible.
