Pros
Salary was good and co-workers were great to work with.
Cons
Upper management doesn't respect anybody. Expected to be salary and work 60 hours a week while getting paid for 40. Stores are closing rapidly doing the same things Winn Dixie did that shut them down. No respect for where you have been and what you have done. Very much a who you know type situation to get promotions. Bonuses use to be really good now pretty much non existent as well are raises.
