1) Never dare to dream a promotion/position change , it will never, ever, happen. The boss will eternally lie to you and promise to do so. Be very careful for which position you are hired. It will never change. 2) Low salary. 3) Difficult to get salary increase. After having worked for several years I did not get not even 1 cent of salary increase. I was not working for the money, I was only interested to evolve. However salary increase is a reward for someone who works hard and is motivated, isn't it? 4) In some cases obsolete technologies.
