Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our company. I have carefully considered all your points here and I am surprised by some of the things mentioned. I confirm that our compensation policy complies with Boston's market range for each role. We also pride ourselves to always pay our employees on time. Regarding the person who interviews you, the process currently is: a)speak with HR, b)speak with the team manager/senior colleague and c) speak with our CEO. Our interview process is structured this way that you definitely see the person who hires you after your first day :) I do appreciate the process might not have been the same when you had joined the company but we are committed to improving our processes.
