Pros

Extremely efficient at what they do; I have never seen a shipping operation work as smoothly as they do at FoodTec. They effort that the company puts into making sure that customers are taken care of is second to none.

Cons

The physical plant is difficult to manage. It's an outdated, hot, uncomfortable space. The corporate culture is outdated, as well. The dress code, benefits package, office furniture, and computer systems are all in need of a refresh. I also don't think I ever heard anyone in upper management tell anyone that they had done a good job at anything, ever. Not once.

Its a good job as a starting point. The customer base is great to work with. A good team is what makes FoodTec okay to work with since you will rely so heavily on them to accomplish your caseload.
