Pros

Decent health insurance, work out for payout programs that are reasonable, stand up desks at request in the office, and good facilities in the lab.

Cons

Every day you will question if what this company does l is legal. I know because I’d checked several times in my time at Foot Levelers- and yes it “meets requirements.” Unreasonable hours and when requesting shift change you’ll get told “tough.” Policies change every couple of weeks. Especially regarding dress code. Had to replace my entire wardrobe more than once. “Open door policy” actually is open door- as in everyone will know what was said, how it was said, and who it was said about. Constant double standards regarding talking in the office. Constantly get told not to chat between calls meanwhile the supervisors do it amongst themselves constantly. They constantly wonder why morale drops every time someone is fired and they don’t believe anyone when they’re told why morale sucks. I never saw the “Rudy” attitude that was drilled into our heads the first day. Probably would’ve made the experience more enjoyable. The sales reps were always dragging on the dress code but dress code wouldn’t be a big deal if people actually liked their job. Most reps were overworked and exhausted because they were drowning in deadlines and they were forced to meet demands with limited staffing, I’ve never seen so many defeated people in my life. Petty drama, “overworked” supervisors, and short staffing made this my worst job experience. Even if it was “not a bad job.”

Pros

Love the product we make, closeness with other employees, new HR team is much better with communication and working towards boosting morale! Holiday lunches, good amount of paid holidays off, option for free insurance if you do the workout program.

Cons

No clear (or realistic) vision or expectations from leadership, causing confusion and poor decision making that effects every aspect of the company.
