- Hard work rewarded - Opportunity for growth - Incredible health insurance plan (workout for payout) - Leaders are patient in training their employees - Our product helps change people's lives - On-site gym - Fun, collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere - Several perks and bonuses for hitting goals - Being a private company many of the decisions are made to benefit employees, not shareholders

Cons

Having worked at other companies, I don't think some people realize/appreciate the opportunities the company offers. Work hard. Show up on time. Focus. Get along with your teammates. And you'll be rewarded. It's a simple formula. Those who realize this thrive.

Very enjoyable employees to work with. HR, and Payroll teams are extremely nice and easy to work with!

Pros

Love the product we make, closeness with other employees, new HR team is much better with communication and working towards boosting morale! Holiday lunches, good amount of paid holidays off, option for free insurance if you do the workout program.

Cons

No clear (or realistic) vision or expectations from leadership, causing confusion and poor decision making that effects every aspect of the company.
