Pros

Free insurance Chic fil a comes every month Pay is good Coworkers are nice

Cons

HR could care less about their employees. They’d rather just replace people instead of working with them. If you aren’t kissing their butt, you aren’t important enough for them. You get a measly 1 day of paid vacation every 3 months you work. You get pay raises ever so often, but it takes forever to get it on your check. When working there I was waiting over 4 months to have my raise go through and still didn’t receive it before I quit. They like to call the workers a “family”. Honestly if my family was like this place I’d disown them. Save yourself the abuse and just don’t work here.

Pros

Love the product we make, closeness with other employees, new HR team is much better with communication and working towards boosting morale! Holiday lunches, good amount of paid holidays off, option for free insurance if you do the workout program.

Cons

No clear (or realistic) vision or expectations from leadership, causing confusion and poor decision making that effects every aspect of the company.
