Pros

I love working at foreUP because of the people I work with and the opportunity foreUP is chasing. You can really feel the excitement of it when you come into work each day. I had opportunities elsewhere but had to ask myself what job I would truly be excited to go to on Monday morning and I definitely feel like I made the right choice. Working in a smaller company I feel like there are so many opportunities to learn and grow beyond just your assigned job.

Cons

It is a smaller company, so there are some growing pains you don't really have at a bigger company. Management is learning, the company is growing, processes are being built, etc.. But, I truthfully consider all of those to be part of the good too.

Being able to work remotely, knowledgable management who pushes employees to think outside of the box. Good pay, flexible time off.
