Appreciate your feedback, though it’s disappointing that you feel strongly enough to get personal here. Over the past year, we’ve set up several open forums in your SDR organization and beyond to gain feedback and collectively implement solutions. This includes encouraging employees to assemble and join tiger teams where peer-run groups work together and make decisions on how we can make Forescout an even greater place to work. Activities like this actually led our SDR employee satisfaction survey to increase 15% in just a year, bringing us close to 100% satisfaction. If you haven’t participated in our feedback sessions, I encourage you to voice your concerns there, with the tiger teams or to your manager — I would love to hear what solutions and ideas you have.
