Profit sharing, great benefits (lots of time off, good healthcare), understanding management. Company is growing aggressively

Cons

Government contracting is a tough business in general. Lots of rules and regulations. Not the industry for everyone.

At Forge, you have the opportunity to work with great people and clients. The leadership here truly cares. They often promote from within and take care of their people regularly.

None that I can think of.
