It is rewarding to work on a product that is technically challenging both at the level of designing high quality individual components but also in making complex systems that work. Nothing at Formlabs is just some electronics in a box. Individuals can quickly receive significant responsibility. Formlabs is a unique place in that it somehow manages to maintain that startup feel of moving quickly, innovating constantly even while working on and building really good hardware.
