Pros
Formlabs Berlin has an atmosphere where you can thrive. If you are good at what you do, you can create amazing things. I love the products and I'm using the Form 2 3D printer every week. It's a cool perk of the job that you can print as much as you like. I'm surrounded by people who want to be ahead of things, who want to lead and to educate others. It's a diverse crowd and I think it's amazing how many languages we speak in the office. The company culture is unique and I appreciate working here.
Cons
We have challenges just like any other company. We are growing and we need to adapt to change. Sometimes this causes friction but that's not bad. Growth happens through these situations and we are working on improving things.
