-management is not well staffed or trained for rapid growth- with so many people joining, its very hard to be recognized for accomplishments, be held accountable for decisions/projects -lots of growing pains: not enough office/working bench/lab space and the huge safety issues that come along with that - During interview process, you are convinced that there are plenty of places to grow and learn but the reality is not that - can't be a scrappy startup for ever-- no investment in current employees except hiring new people like mad men - Hiring so many people for the sake of hiring people-new folks showed up on teams practically every week- not as effective as training current employees or investing in them by manager training/equipment to get jobs done easier - Low pay -- compensation is something that is brought up routinely but not changed(for better or worse)
