(In 5–10 years, the Formlabs alumni network will be doing amazing things.)
Cons
* It can be a challenge to get used to the amorphous management structure. (On the flip side, it clearly has worked and continues to work.) * Working with top-notch people can be intimidating. (Remember, you were hired because you are awesome at the thing you do.)
