Pros
Challenging, fast-paced, interesting, and fun. The people here are inspiring, and there's a huge emphasis on company culture. Cross-team collaboration happens constantly. Every single person pulls their weight and more. I wake up excited to go to work! Plus, perks like catered lunch 3 times a week, happy hours (free beer!), parties, and employee-made clubs like book club, finer things club, etc.
Cons
Some people struggle with work/life balance (but some don't). It's a start-up--sometimes it's a scramble to get things done
