Pros
Heart is absolutely in the right place, with a workplace full of people excited to be doing what they're doing. Really good, lively vibe. Very good-natured.
Cons
Very young office, with most people on their first proper 'job', or so. Correspondingly, there can be a lack of maturity in dealing with the basics of interpersonal interactions, office dynamics, etc. They're learning fast, though.
