Thanks for this quick review. It’s encouraging to see positive feedback about the people, culture, and learning opportunities from someone at Formlabs for less than a year – we spend a lot of energy making those parts of Formlabs visible and accessible. It’s also useful to hear this perspective from someone who is joining us amidst some organizational change across engineering. It’s true that with changes come growing pains – though the end goal is for these to make Formlabs stronger. Recently in engineering, we’ve been focused on ensuring that we have the right resources allocated to the right product lines – this has meant some management and reporting line changes – but so far we have seen stronger retention and increases in growth and technical opportunities for our engineers. It’s a constant dance, to ensure people are working on 1) the work they do best and 2) what Formlabs needs. Hopefully you are around for the next few years so you can see the long-term benefits both in the teams, and also in the products!
