Thanks for your feedback, especially the recognition that we are product focused. Developing great products that will fit into the widest scope of our customer needs is the foundation that our business is built on. Regarding diversity in leadership, certainly we have more work to do. However we have made some positive progress in the last few years across our senior leadership team with an increase of representation of women, to start. Continuing to hire (and develop/promote) a variety of perspectives and voices is ongoing work and something we’re committed to. Our broad compensation philosophy is to reward great performance, foster an ownership mindset across all Formlings, and build a sustainable business model oriented on delivering value to customers. We use external and internal data to ensure we are paying market compensation based on role, level and impact. We analyze this 2 times per year before our performance cycles. For our sales team, we have competitive On Target Earnings packages, and access to world class accounts like Hasbro, Marvel, Tesla, Apple, etc - in addition to an infinitely wide range of customers, applications, and use cases for our product.
