Learned a lot during my time there Worked with very intelligent colleagues First year was positive, especially with good managerial support Work-life balance is decent for non-cross-functional roles but intense otherwise

Cons

High turnover rate among managers after the first year Junior employees given significant responsibilities without proper compensation Limited growth opportunities despite promises of support Promotions are extremely rare Salary increases barely keep up with inflation Compensation is below market rate for similar positions Leadership makes arbitrary decisions without considering team input
