I have been at Formlabs for 1.5 years and can honestly say I have never been more challenged in my career. I was looking for more autonomy and being accountable for making difficult decisions while delivering on an ambitious strategy - I've got all that and more. I'm constantly being pushed to find innovative solutions to improve team performance and the customer experience. It's a healthy level of being stretched to be my best and to get out of my comfort zone. We are on a mission to be #1 and that means holding a very high bar, constantly evolving and trying new tactics and never being satisfied by the status quo.
