- feels like Formlabs is going to keep growing and increasing valuation steadily for the next 10+ years. feel good about my equity. - makes great products that customers love and are generally better than the competition - focused on making a few excellent SKUs rather than spreading too thin across many - preserving cash / running a tight ship in terms of expenses, unlike competitors and many startups. - generally a great place to work / cool people want to work here & stay long term

Cons

- not great dissemination of the long term strategy / how we get there - leadership team can feel insular, but that's the flipside of a founder-controlled company
