      Pros

      -Very interesting, cutting edge products. -CEO is technically VERY strong. Solid leader and very good at maintaining focus. Does not look for cookie cutter solutions- looks to do things better, cheaper, faster. -You work hard (and learn a lot) and participate in a profit sharing plan - Very healthy business.

      Cons

      Not generous in terms of benefits. No free soda.

      - Very cool products and cutting edge R&D and tech. - Life sciences is a great market - you're helping those that help find cures. - Biotech/Pharma have money, and are willing to spend on the best products.

      Cons

      Global company, with various offices in different time zones. Occasional early or late meetings.
