Pros
The engineering talent at Formulatrix is excellent ~ you get to work with very, very, very smart people. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new skills, work on challenging engineering projects, and eventually move into product management (if interested). Projects are on the cutting edge of biotech automation. Engineering is the first priority of company, which can be a pro or con sometimes.
Cons
The quantity of work can be challenging. You may have support / management responsibilities depending on project, which are less enjoyable. Weekly late night or early morning meetings with global engineering team are not fun. Company is run like a startup (lots of work, less structure, less benefits, but lots of opportunity).
