      Good WLB but company leadership is confused - Associate Consultant, Total Economic Impact Forrester Employee Review

      -Decent WLB -Work was not super challenging, very template-heavy -Efforts were made to define boundaries of AC role on TEI team while I was there -Exposure to tech clients, mainly marketing execs

      Cons

      -Some of the consultants I supported really struggled and that burden of work fell on me for a very long time -First manager was great, second manager was less experienced and struggled to communicate my situation to her manager -Quality of client deliverables on TEI team not always great or consistent -Company leadership seemed really confused, with high turnover on exec team, ambiguous new products that even sales team did not understand, etc -Salary and promotion freeze in place when I left

      Pros

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.

      Smart people work here, work-life balance is ideal if you have a good manager.

      Morale is low, leadership is extremely out of touch with the sentiments of the workforce.
