      Pros

      Career progression is a real thing at Forrester. They put time and energy into developing their people and will offer opportunities as they arise. If you are in a role that feels like there's no chance of moving up, consider altering your role to gain more experience/exposure and a chance to move up via a different path. Work/life balance is great and overall culture is inviting.

      Cons

      consistency with annual increases, some years they have been frozen. This hurts everyone, especially when many teams are spread thin and doing more.

They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
