      Pros

      Working with Forrester provides exposure to the industry, the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues from a wide variety of organizations, a team atmosphere. Also, senior management that is not afraid to give a new strategy a chance to succeed over time after achieving a necessary level of buy-in from stakeholders. Performance metrics are explicit and well-defined, so there are no surprises about what is expected.

      Cons

      Like any other company, there is a lot of competition among team members, and not all of it contributes to the success of the team as a whole.

      Forrester is a truly rewarding place to work. I feel like I make a meaningful difference every day, both for our clients and within the organization. The colleagues here are exceptional. They are smart, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. I’m constantly learning from a talented group of people who care deeply about the quality of their work and the impact it has. The culture encourages thoughtful problem-solving, professional growth, and doing work that matters.

      The most challenging aspect right now is the current business performance, which can create uncertainty and added pressure across teams. At times, this environment can impact workloads, decision-making speed, and overall predictability.
