Pros
Direct teams are intelligent, drama free and great to work with and great worklife balance.
Cons
Extremely low compensation within sales with little if any raises even during a promotion. Near non-existent tech stack as well as random additions to quota mid-year with no warning. Executive leadership is stuck in the 90s and advertises one thing while doing another. Management pushes lying to clients/overcharging customers to close business. Basically no career growth at all and very low diversity. Leadership is headstrong on the new product changes being the way to go while we're on 2 years now of missing goals by double digits, but don't worry, they still will claim business is good. They don't even follow their own research that they put out. Leadership will randomly change policies on a whim's notice i.e. going hybrid, as well as make claims on not doing layoffs (while proceeding to do 2 waves of layoffs not even 3 months after).
