This Probably Describes Most School Districts - Teacher Fort Bend ISD Employee Review

The district is top heavy with overpaid administrators who sit in meetings most days. The district gives very small pay raises. The benefits have been changed over the years where employees pay more for less. Adding a spouse or family to the benefits becomes outrageous in cost. The curriculum department offers terrible professional development. The district is testing driven, not student driven. The district wastes millions of dollars on programs that don't increase student achievement, but increase teacher paperwork.
