Pros
Fortech did a lot of things right along the years I've been in the company, have to say this before anything else. It also constantly positioned itself as a company that takes great pride in the fact that it remains one of the few out there that has full romanian capital.
Cons
Goes ahead and sells to GlobalLogic presenting the change to it's employees as an opportunity, a reason to dare to dream bigger. The dream was to make a local company a world tier one. That dream is gone.
