      Exposed to cybersecurity and different types of technologies.

      Cons

      The culture is terrible, management is inept and clueless. It feels like a lot of cronyism and favoritism and if you’re not aligned with the right people, you won’t get anything done internally. Employees are treated poorly, high turnover, low pay, there are no internal annual company reviews. There’s no structure for raises or performance overall.

      - The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

      - No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
