Overall Fortinet products and company is good, innovative and you have opportunity to learn a lot of interesting things. Salary comes on time, 30 days of vacation, stock options.
Cons
Job is stressful and you are demanded to go beyond the limits. Management is completely wrong. You cannot complain for anything as you become immediately inconvenient for them. They prefer their own friends and groups. You'll always hear only false promises and different stories. Nobody cares about you, about work/life balance, job offers no flexibility at all. You are just being constantly pushed to deliver the numbers. The most of the experienced people are gone by now. During the last 2 years more than half of L1 team left, the same is happening on L2 this year.
