Pros

I have seen how the company grow, I have seen the ups and downs and from time to time it got corrected. Survival of the fittest is what the company is all about. You have to continue learning almost everyday in the company is a must. Do whatever you can do to make the company better as well as yourself as a part of the company. Team play is the key to stay, contribute what you can in the end your efforts and achievement will be seen and rewarded.

Cons

Even you are right, the boss is still right because they have broader outlook than what you see.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
