Fortinet is a good company to grow with. There are lots of ways to learn new things, new technologies, and new experiences. If you are into computer, there are lots of job opportunities for you, as a web developer, graphic designer, python programmer, or c++ programmer. Or maybe you simply want to become a malware researcher or a cyber specialist. Or maybe you are good in technical writing; there is also a place for you here. If you love to learn new things, Fortinet is the only place that you earn while learning.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
