Pros

Compensation is good. Culture is good. Work/life balance is great (unlimited PTO with your direct managers approval). Stock options. Benefits are OK, not bad but I have sometimes had better over the years. (More often worse.)

Cons

Communication could be better. They have reduced the amount/opportunities for employee stock purchase and awards. I am disappointed that I don't have as much opportunity to get discounted investments in a company with such a bright future. Health benefits could be a bit better.

Pros

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
