Pros

Basically unlimited PTO as long as it's approved and your work is done.

Cons

If you can't understand Chinese, it makes communication difficult at time. For a person that knows their stuff and can articulate it well, you can work past the language hurdle (it's really not a barrier).

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
