Pros

The technical team is top notch, the account teams are great personalities and build great relationships with clients, and the leadership prioritizes this over everything else.

Cons

I personally have not had many negative experiences outside of one offs with some direct sellers. The Product Managers are always open to feedback and are have flexibility to add new features/functionality quickly based on client feedback when asks are justified.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

Cons

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
