Growing company with opportunities to move in any direction you want to take your career to. Their products are services are innovative and of great quality. Company aims for excellency in all areas. People at all levels are nice to work with and willing to help others who seek their assistance. Great pay and benefits. Very inclusive in terms of age, gender, and ethnicity.

Cons

Growing pains like all companies that have experienced tremendous growth in a short period of time.

- The HR team willing to hear employees voice - The managers don't have authority to kick out the engineers who has their own opinion directly. It requires get approved by HR

- No trust, no freedom, You will be beat over and over again if you dare to pointer out manager's design don't make sense(especially in a public meeting) - A lot of managers don't agree US convention and culture at all. They think it's a Chinese company,
